TInnGo Forum: Expanding the Boundaries of Smart Mobility

The TInnGO Multistakeholders’ Forum is taking place on 22 October 2020, being the digital international fora where new perspectives on gendered inequalities in the transport sector will be discussed with stakeholders. The title of the Forum is 'Expanding the Boundaries of Smart Mobility'.

Conference logoThe EU-funded TInnGO project (Transport Innovation Gender Observatory) includes 10 national hubs in 13 European countries. In Denmark, the Coordination for Gender Research at the UCPH is contributing to the project, and the head of the Coordination, Associate Professor Hilda Rømer Christensen, will take part in the opening session, which is going to introduce and discuss the key concepts in TInnGO.

These include gender smart mobility, gender and diversity mainstreaming, digital methods as well as gender and diversity action plans working for greater inclusivity in the transport sector. Scientific evidence will also be presented at the Forum discussing how inequalities are created in the transport sector.

Furthermore, the Forum will address paradigm shifts in education, employment, technological innovations and entrepreneurship as arenas for change and inclusion.
