Collective bargaining in the private sector; employment relations mediation systems; labour market organisations.
Studies employment relations and political economy using an institutionalist, cross-national comparative perspective. Is currently doing a three year post.doc project on employer organisation in Sweden and Denmark. The project began June 2015 and is funded by the Danish Council for Independent Research, Social Sciences.
