I am a PhD student at Copenhagen Centre for Social Data Science (SODAS), University of Copenhagen. I study images from social media and use computational methods to explore sociological phenomena and practices. By bridging visual sociology with digital methods and computer vision, I explore how selves and agendas are presented on social media.
My PhD is part of three research projects: DIPLOFACE, Digital Disinformation, and DISTRACT. The PhD is supervised by Rebecca Adler-Nissen, co-supervised by Anders Blok, and funded by the Carlsberg Foundation and the European Research Council.
