Primary fields of research

Labour migration/foreign workers and posting of workers; EU-level labour market regulation and actors; trade union organising and power resources.

Current research

My research has three empirical focal points: Labour migrants, including particularly posted workers, on the Danish and European labor market; EU labor market regulation and the interaction with national regulation; trade unions’ power resources in the labor market and how they influence working conditions. My research is related to studies in comparative employment relations, EU studies and theories of power.
