I am an assistant professor at Department of Sociology, University of Copenhagen. Previously, I worked as a research scientist at University of Cologen in Germany, at Catholic University of Louvain in Belgium, Vienna University of Economics and Business in Austria. I obtained my Phd from University of Hong Kong.
My research areas cover marriage and family, gender inequality, intergenerational relationship, socioeconomic developoment and population dynamics.
Currently, I am teaching courses "Popualtion and Society" (BA selective), "Social problems" (BA mandatory), "Family sociology of a changing society" (MA selective), and "Advanced quantitative data analysis" (MA mandatory).
